Early 2012 we visited the SW Florida area and asked Jason if he would take us around to a number of homes we saw through his website. We were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, but equally pleased with the casual and no pressure attitude he presented to us. When my wife and I decided it was time to buy our first house, we knew it was going to be not only a big decision, but possibly a scary one since we had no idea what to expect. Thankfully, we had stumbled upon the Painters through their website several months previous. From the very beginning of the process when we had simply seen a listing we liked, Jason and Amanda were there to help every step of the way. They let us look around at our own pace, seeing what we liked and didn't like so they could put together other potential properties based on us, rather than what was beneficial or convenient for them. Never once did they come across, or even begin to act, pushy in any way. We especially appreciated that part since the few times we had spoken to other Realtors in the past, they had always seemed to be in a big rush to put us into what they thought we should have. Even on our closing date, Jason was on the phone with our bank, showing them where they had made a few tiny errors in their favor on our closing paperwork. It was something that we never would have caught on our own and would have put a good sum of money back in the bank's pocket that actually should have gone to us. To me, knowing that probably most other Realtors would have just let that go by knowing it would never been seen or known, speaks a lot for the type of character the Painters have. Jason and Amanda, we appreciate all you did for us purchasing in Calusa Lakes and also thank you for the closing gift.  We have met most of our neighbors and they are keeping their eyes open to be sure everything is okay while we are away.  Our house is on the market here in Arkansas but no offers yet.  The Realtors here are not as efficient as you, we are finding out!  We plan to come back in early October and spend 6-7 months there and of course sooner if the house sells here.  We will be in touch.  We are hotter here Arkansas than Florida right now!
